Midsommar - Till Morsan

Rare records come out in the spring. As soon as the snow melts the good stuff starts turning up in the crates. Maybe people are spring cleaning their attics or something. This amazing record would be filed under progressive rock by most but its got a funkier sound than the rest of the swedish bands of the time. Great instrumentation with raw naked drums and riffy guitars and lots and lots of breaks, Midsommar is a swedish The Meters. Cool lyrics in swedish and a killer cover as well. This is the funkiest tune on the album but the rest is equally great, not equally funky though.
